Today (15 Dec 2014), a BRN press release document was released, stating that it was translated into Thai by Professor Hara Shintaro. Professor Hara Shintaro (HARA SHINTARO) is a Malay language teacher at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus.
